“Cleaning, like house cleaning? Seriously?” Yup that’s what we do and we’re pretty awesome at it.

We’re based in sunny Los Angeles, California but our operations team works completely remotely….we have team members in California, Honduras, Mexico, Venezuela, South Africa, and India at the moment. 

We have multiple franchisees across the U.S., and are now looking for an awesome & dynamic business- minded Franchise Success Manager (that’s you!) to work directly with our franchisees to help them achieve their individual and company goals.

Job Summary

We’re not big on official titles….the Founder of our company’s title is “Head Janitor” and our head sales guy is “Head Toilet Paper Roll Dispenser”. 

If we had to put a title to this role, it would be “Franchise Success Manager”.

As a Franchise Success Manager, your primary role is to help make the franchisees as successful as possible!

You’ll be a critical member of the MaidThis operations team and will be the primary point of contact between the franchise partners and the MaidThis Home Office. You’ll provide strategic business and operations support, coaching, and development to franchise partners to increase their revenue and profitability.

Position Location: 100% Remote! Sip mai tais while working (not too many though…)

Employment Status: Permanent Full-time 

Travel: Minimal

Compensation: $75K + (commensurate with experience) plus Benefits & Bonuses

As the Franchise Support Manager, you will be responsible for…

  • Training and coaching franchisees on operational functions such as cleaner & admin recruitment/training/ retention, marketing, social media, business development, and goal setting 
  • Creating and managing the franchisee ongoing support framework, including updating the Operations Manual
  • Enforcing best practices amongst the franchisees 
  • Creating a list of new R&D initiatives that can help franchisees, which may include coordinating the testing of new local marketing or operations tactics
  • Listening to the franchisees needs and finding support solutions based on what is needed 
  • Tracking KPIs of franchisees, including financial reporting
  • Acting as a communication conduit to the senior leadership team
  • Creating opportunities for franchisee collaboration and sharing of best practices
  • Fostering community & culture within the online forums within franchisees
  • Building and potentially leading the future Franchise Operations & Support team

The Must Haves…

  • Experience working in or with small business
  • Strong understanding of small business financials and metrics  
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve results
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in creating and refining systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills 
  • Ability to evaluate performance and drive action
  • Tech savvy (we use Slack and GSuite)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Servant leader mentality is HUGE
  • Sense of humor

It is an Asset to Have …

  • Have owned a franchise business or worked for a franchise system
  • Have worked as a Business Coach
  • Experience in staff recruitment, retention, and management
  • Creative skills in producing marketing assets, tools and resources
  • Business development and community marketing skills and experience
